BOOKING POLICY
We DO NOT work on previously Microbladed or Tattooed eyebrows. If you have had any kind of prior permanent makeup on the area we will be servicing, please send a picture to browloungenj@gmail.com PRIOR to booking so that we can ensure you are a candidate.

NO KIDS ALLOWED AS GUESTS.

While any permanent makeup procedure is in progress, no guests will be allowed in the procedure room.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment date will forfeit their deposit of $100 and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date.

RESCHEDULING POLICY
Rescheduling appointments will be possible if the artist is given 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are rescheduling your 4-6 week touch-up, rates may change depending on the time frame you schedule your new appointment.

LATE POLICY
Appointments will be canceled and no refunds will be given if the client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment.
